2. Unscrew the connection between water-gas valve and its support, remove the
clip which fixes the connection of water valve and water inlet pipe of burner.
Remove cable connection for water-gas valve and earthing ( fig.16,setp B)
3. Unscrew the connection between water-gas valve and the gas
manifold.( fig.16,setp C)
4. Unscrew the connection between gas manifold and both side brackets in the
burner. Loosen the rest screws for both sides brackets to completely release the
manifold( fig.16,setp D), then take out the manifold
5. Replace the gas manifold and water-gas valve with other ones from the
conversion kit reversely following the steps from 1 to 4
Operate the replacement slowly and make sure not to damage any of the sealing
gaskets and put them in the right positions. It's recommended to have them
replaced with new one ( fig.16,setp E).
6. Connect all the cables with the new components
7. Check the sealing performance following instruction in paragraph Gas leakage
prevention
8. Try turning water/gas flow up and down and check if the combustion is normal
9. Assemble the front cover back and tighten the screws
