2.5. FULLY-AUTOMATIC COOKING: PROGRAMMED START DELAY + STOP DURATION
This mode allows the oven to pause the actual cooking for a predefined amount of time, in order to start the
cooking in the future. It can be set only if a Programmed Stop or Auto Cook pyro mode is already set. Press 2 time
the Command Knob after the ''Automatic cook" is lit-up fix. The display shows "PAU" followed by "-:--" if no value
was ever set, or the actual value, if any. The icon "Delayed Start" and "Stop Duration" are both lit-up If a Stop
Duration was not previously set, the Command Knob action is ignored, simply without any further indication
Choose the desired pause length by turning the
Command Knob (the icon flash), to confirm the choice press 1 time command knob or wait a timeout window of 4
seconds (the icon is fix). The Delay Start is represented in:
"H:MM", from 0:00 up to 9:59 , with a resolution of 1 minute, and a default value is 0:00.
o "nnH", from 10H up to 24h , with a resolution of 1 hour
When the value being edited reaches 9:59, a further increment (+1 minute) will transform it into 10h, the next
eventual increment (+1 hour) will transform into 11h. Further decrements from 24h will give: 24h for 1 hour after
23 for 1 hour.....11h for 1 hour, after the display show 10 h for 1' after display 9:59 (-1 minutes) ......1' as today
MAIN relay opens as soon as the value changes from 0:00 and closes as soon as it reverts down to 0:00, even while
editing is in progress. After the timeout, the value is used and the display begins to countdown. To cancel the
pause, set its value to 0: the functionality is inhibited without any other indication, the oven turns on immediately.
During the delay phase, the oven does not cook, the display shows continuously the remaining pause length; both
the "Delayed Start" and "Programmed Stop" icons are lit-up.When the countdown expires, the oven will start to
cook in Programmed Stop mode, the MAIN relay closes and only the Programmed Stop icon is lit-up. The "Delayed
start" icon is kept off.No memory time is request, for a new start delay selection the display show 0:00

2.6. MINUTE MINDER

This feature does not interact with the oven and is selectable only if no programmed modes are already set. The
buzzer will signal that the predefined amount of time is elapsed
Press 2 times the Command Knob. The display shows "BEL" followed by "---" if no value was ever set,or the actual
value, if any. No icons are lit-up. (for version just clock and minute minder press 1 time the knob) Choose the
desired countdown timer value by turning the Command Knob within a timeout window of 4 seconds. The first
movement will propose a default value if no value was previously set.The duration is represented in minutes
followed by the single quote ' "MM' ", from 0' up to 90', a default of 00' and a resolution of 1 minute.
After the timeout, the value is used and the display begins to countdown. The relays are not affected During this
phase, the display shows continuously the remaining countdown timer, without any icon lit-up.
During the last minute the display shows the remaining seconds followed by the double quote
" instead of the minutes, in the form "SS" ".At the end of the countdown the display shows "000" flashing and the
buzzer emits the End Of Minute Minder signal Press or Turn the knob to silence the buzzer and blank the display. If
a programmed mode is set when a minute minder is running, the minute minder is automatically canceled. To
cancel the minute minder, set its value to 0: the functionality is inhibited without any other indication. No
memory time is request, for a new minute minder selection the display show 00'
