5) INSTALATION
5.1) Connect in the rear panel:
a) The control cable in the control socket of the power source.
b) The hose of the shielding gas in the nipple of the gas inlet.
c) The power cable (+) of the power source in the rear connector of the control unit.
5.2) Connect in the front panel:
a) The euro-connector of the spool gun torch.
b) The control socket of the spool gun torch.
5.3) Install the feed rollers, the nipple carrier, the contact tip and the spool gun torch nozzle according to the
type of wire diameter to be used as per tables 5.1, 5.2, 5.3 and 5.5.
5.4) Install the wire bobbin in the spool gun torch, pass the wire through the rollers and through the torch
conduit until it comes out in the contact tip (Note: check if the wire tip does not show any chips or live
corners).
5.5) Feed rollers
