Ham and Apple
Gruyere Panini
Ingredients:
•
1 tbs of salt
•
1 apple, peeled and cored
•
1/2 tbs of chopped thyme
•
4 slices of white bread
•
Mustard
•
4 oz of shredded gruyere cheese
•
4 oz of ham
•
1 tbs of butter
Steps:
•
In a sauce pan, melt the butter, and add the apples and thyme.
•
Stir until apples are soft. Allow to cool down.
•
Spread mustard on the bread, arrange the cheese, and ham.
•
Pour the mixture on top of the ham. Press in the panini maker for 3-5
minutes or until cheese melts.
