Be sure that the card components are not obstructed in any way, that the extractor
levers are positioned inward all the way against the bulkhead (not sticking out), and
that the retaining screws are backed out as far as they will go without falling out.
7 Once the card is fully seated in the backplane, use a Torx T-10 driver or
flat-blade screwdriver to engage and tighten the two retaining screws on the
bulkhead.
8 Connect the telecommunications cable to the card by lining up the key on the
cable's 62-pin connector with the connector keyway on the bulkhead of the card.
Misalignment could break one of the connectors or cause the card to malfunction.
Press the cable connector onto the card's connector and finger-tighten the screws.
9 Attach the other end of the cable to your modem or other device and secure any
bolts or clamps.
Your HP-PB PSI hardware is now installed. Proceed to the next chapter to verify
that the card works properly.
