4. Rear Panel
On the rear panel, you find from left to right:
- video BNC in- & output connectors
- audio RCA in- & output connectors
- CCIR/EIA selection switch and 3 recessed
potentiometers:
V-LINEAR: vertical linearity control
V-SIZE: vertical range control
FOCUS: focus control
5. Use
• Connect a video (+ audio) source (camera etc.) and, if needed, a recording device (VCR, DVD recorder) or other
application that requires video (+ audio) input.
• Make sure the ventilation openings of the device are never blocked to prevent overheating.
• Plug the power plug of the device into a mains outlet.
• Make sure the video source is live and switch the SMON1 on (fig.1 #7). Set all controls to your liking.

6. Cleaning and Maintenance

1. The device should not be deformed, modified or tampered with.
2. The electric power supply cable must not show any damage.
3. Wipe the device regularly with a moist, lint-free cloth. Do not use alcohol or solvents.
4. There are no user-serviceable parts. Have a qualified technician maintain and repair the device.
