General Description
The Micro-controlled Optical Tachometers consists of 2 models, both are capable of measuring
speeds from as low as 3 rpm up to 99,999 rpm (and 500,000 rpm to ± 10 rpm).

- 0.01-99999 seconds, total time from first to last
pulse and updated each pulse.
Allows calculation of average rate.
