Assembly and start-up

Attention!
¾ It is the responsibility of the fitter to ensure that
the assembly of the device complies with the
applicable regulations, standards and official
requirements.
¾ Do not install the dispenser above heat sources
or near to sources of ignition/flames.
¾ Do not install in locations where a defect to
the assembly system or the dripping of the
filling material from hands could cause device
damage or a safety risk.
Open device [Fig. II]
Open the housing by pressing the locking button
■
or use the key.
Assembly [Fig. III and IV]
Attach the dispenser to the wall rail (Fig. III) or
■
directly to the wall (Fig. IV). Use the enclosed
fixing materials for this purpose.
Insert batteries [Fig. V]
Insert the four batteries (item 0827114 high-
■
power battery). Ensure correct polarity during
this process.
Pump [Fig. VI]
Remove the lid vertically from the nozzle. Make
■
sure the position of the nozzle is the same as
depicted in the figure.
Insert container with pump [Fig. VII]
Place the pump into the container. Pay attention
■
to the position of the nozzle.
Operate dispenser [Fig. VIII]
Close the dispenser.
■
To ensure that the pump is ready, operate the
■
dispenser multiple times.
LED status indicator
Function OK:
3 LED lights up green upon actuation.
If the LED flashes red every few seconds, replace
■
the batteries.
After the housing is opened, the LED remains on for
three minutes in a colour indicating the battery level:
• Green = Battery level full
• Yellow = Battery level medium
• Red = Battery level low
Electromagnetic compatibility
(EMC)
This appliance conforms to the current EMC
standards.
Please note:
During start-up, electromagnetic problems may be
■
caused in:
• Power cables, control lines, signal and telecom-
munication lines in the vicinity of the welding /
cutting appliance
• TV and radio transmitters and receivers
• Computers and other control equipment
• Security equipment in commercial buildings
(e.g. alarm systems)
• Cardiac pacemakers and hearing aids
• Calibrating and measuring equipment
• Appliances with insufficient interference resis-
tance
