PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
This device is a direct current (DC) inverter generator suitable for welding. Thanks
to the inverter technology that allows high performance while maintaining reduced
dimensions and weight, the welder is portable and easy to handle. Through the
front panel it is possible to adjust the welding parameters and in the MIG function
the adjustment is made in a synergic way. The welding machine has a protection
circuit against overvoltage, overcurrent and overheating. When the voltage, output
current and temperature of the machine exceeds the standard, the welding
machine will automatically stop working.
INSTALLATION
Installation must be carried out by qualified personnel in compliance with IEC
60974-9 and national and local regulations. The machine must be lifted by means
of the handle positioned on the top of the product. This operation must be carried
out with the machine switched off and with the welding cables disconnected. The
supply voltage must correspond to the voltage indicated on the rating plate of the
technical data positioned on the product. Use the machine on a system whose
power and protection characteristics (fuse and / or differential) are compatible with
the current required for operation, for further details see the data shown on the
plate affixed to the machine. The welding machine is equipped with a supply
voltage compensation device that allows the machine to operate normally even
when the supply voltage fluctuates by ± 15% with respect to the rated voltage.
Excessive operation in the event of overvoltage, overcurrent or overheating can
damage the machine.
HOW USE IT
Warning: Use all precautions required in the safety general manual before operating
the welder, reading carefully the risks linked to the welding process.
The symbol indicates that the machine is not equipped with PFC
device.Agree with the operator and in accordance with the
standard IEC 60974-9 that the welding machine can be connected
TROUBLESHOOTING
•
The thread does not
advance when the drive
wheel turns
•
Thread feeding: presence
of clicks or intermittence
•
Arc off
•
Porous welding cord
•
The machine suddenly
stops operating after
prolonged use
to the public low voltage.
This welding machine is for professional use
only and is reserved for the industry.
REASONS
•
Dirt on the tip of the thread guide
nozzle
•
The friction of the decoiler is
excessive
•
Defective torch
•
Defective contact nozzle
•
Burns in the contact nozzle
•
Dirt on the groove of the drive
wheel
•
Furrow on the worn drive wheel
•
Bad contact between mass clamp
and workpiece
•
Bad contact between mass clamp
and workpiece
•
Wrong distance or inclination of
the torch
•
Too little gas

to excessive use and thermal
protection has intervened
ENGLISH
DESCRIZIONE .(FIG B-1):
1. . ON/OFF Switch
2. . Adjustment of the welding voltage
3. . Wire speed adjustment
4. . Thermal protection LED
5. . Power ON LED
6. . Positive pole socket (+)
7. . Supply cord
MOG INSTALLATION (NO GAS) (FIG B-2):
1.
Switch off the welding machine.
2.
Connect the earth clamp connector to the positive pole socket.
3.
Open the cover and mount the wire reel on the reel holder.
4.
Insert the wire in the trolling wire making it adhere to the roll
groove(ATTENTION: the roll has two grooves; by turning the roll you can
choose the proper groove for the wire diameter). When you change the wire
diameter you have to replace both the roll and the contact tip.
5.
Unscrew the end of the torch (nozzle) and the contact tip to facilitate the
passage of the wire.
6.
Close the door. Turn on the welding machine.
7.
Press the MIG torch trigger
8.
Adjust the output current using the knob (2) and the wire speed using the
knob (3)
THERMAL PROTECTION
If the machine is used for hard work cycle, the thermal protection device will
protect the machine from over heating. The yellow LED ON indicates that
the thermal protection is on. (4).
