En el panel "WAN Setup Summary" (ver imagen 24) verifica que:

Connection type = PPPoE
o
NAT = Enabled
o
Full Cone NAT = Disabled
o
Firewall = Enabled
o
IGP Multicast = Disabled
o
Quality of Service = Disabled
o
Pulsa la tecla "Apply/Save" para hacer que esta interfaz sea efectiva.
