Esta Garantía es el único remedio para el comprador y la responsabilidad única de Bugatti. Ningún em-
pleado o representante de Bugatti o cualquier otra persona está autorizada a realizar cualquier otra garantía
o modificaciones a esta garantía. En ningún caso, ya sea por contrato, indemnización, garantía, agravio (in-
cluida la negligencia), responsabilidad estricta y demás, será responsable Bugatti por los daños especiales,
indirectos, accidentales o consecuentes, incluidas, sin limitación, las pérdidas de beneficios o ganancias.

Bugatti garantiza al usuario final (con prueba de compra) que esta batidora smart power VENTO de
Bugatti está libre de defectos de material y fabricación por los períodos de garantía aplicables a la batidora
Vento tal y como se describe aquí y de acuerdo con las condiciones que se establecen a continuación:
MOTOR:
A) Si el motor DC Bugatti (el motor DC sin ninguna conexión) se avería después de 20 AÑOS
DE USO EXCLUSIVO DOMÉSTICO, Bugatti sólo se asumirá el coste de las piezas y el trabajo
necesarios para reparar la base del motor. La garantía no cubre los gastos de transporte.
En caso de uso comercial, la garantía del motor será de sólo 3 años a partir de la
fecha de compra.
b) Si el motor DC Bugatti (el motor DC sin ninguna conexión) se avería después de 20
años de uso exclusivo doméstico, Bugatti sólo se ocupará del trabajo necesario para
sustituir el motor. El motor y el transporte estarán fuera de garantía.
