IMPORTANT When loading a bicycle, ensure tire hook is placed as close to the bicycle fork as possible. Placing the tire hook further away increases the risk of bicycle becoming unsecured in the rack, which may result in falling and damage. - Página 4 Driver-Side Assembly Slide Front Tire Cradle into position. Install Locator Bolt in Position A as shown.
- Página 5 Tire Hook Arm Assembly Push button on handle and slide Tire Hook up the Tire Hook Arm from the bottom. Insert arm into Arm Knuckle. Install (2) M6 x 60 Flathead bolts and (2) M6 nuts.
- Página 6 Endcap Removal Remove (2) M4 x 12 Flathead bolts from driver-side and passenger-side Endcaps. Remove Endcaps and set aside.
- Página 7 Driver-Side Assembly Installation Attach Driver-Side Assembly to your rack using (2) M8 x 350 bolts and Spacer. Alternate tightening each bolt to ensure a secure, even fit.
- Página 8 Passenger-Side Assembly Installation Attach Passenger-Side Assembly to your rack using (2) M8 x 255 bolts and Spacer. Alternate tightening each bolt to ensure a secure, even fit.
- Página 9 Reinstall Tray Endcaps Reinstall Endcaps using the original (2) M4 x 12 Flathead bolts. Locking Side Endcap on the Passenger-Side, upside down. Non-Locking Side Endcap now installs to the Driver-Side.
