FITTING THE EVACUATED TUBES
Caution ! Always wear protective gloves when handling the evacuated tubes.
This process may be left until the frame is fitted to the roof.
Dip the end of the tube in a soapy water solution, then apply thermal grease to the bulb as
shown in Fig. 5.

Fully insert the tube into the manifold (100 mm) as shown in Fig. 6.

When the tube is fitted into the manifold, place a plastic retaining cup over the end and clip it into
the cross bar – fig. 7
