Troubleshooting

Check the following points if the camera does not function
perfectly. Please contact the MEDION Service if the problem
continues to exist.
The camera cannot be switched on.
The battery is inserted incorrectly.
The battery is empty. Recharge it.
The battery compartment lid is not closed completely.
The camera does not take any photos.
The flash is still charging.
The memory is full.
The SD card is not correctly formatted or is defective.
The maximum number of files has been exceeded. Carry out a file
number resetting.
Not sufficient light. Change the camera angle to catch more light
or use the flash.
The flash does not trigger.
The camera was moved while the picture was being taken.
The flash is switched off.
