Attaching U-bars to Cross Beams (D)

Place U-bar (F) between two cross beams (D).
Attach U-bars (F) to cross beams (D) with washers (EE) and bolts (AA) using hex wrench (HH).
You also need to adjust the angle of tab(s) if the U-bar cannot properly line up with the cross beam (D).

Attaching the U-bar to the seat panel

Place the seat panel (K) upside down on a flat, smooth surface.
Attach the U-bar (L) to the bottom of seat panel (K) with washers (EE) and bolts (AA) using hex wrench (HH).
