USING YOUR MIXER
1. With the speed selector in the OFF position, plug the cord into power outlet.
2. Turn the speed selector to your desired speed and begin mixing. And the speed at 5
setting is the fastest. The fastest mixing speed can be easily obtained by depressing the
burst button while the speed is set at 1, 2, 3 or 4.
Tip: always start mixing at slow speeds and increase the speed gradually to prevent
ingredients splashing out of the mixing bowl. When adding dry ingredients use the
lowest speed to prevent the snow storm effect.
3. The max operation time per time shall not exceed 5 minutes and minimum 4minutes
rest time must be maintained between two consecutive cycles. When kneading yeast
dough, suggest the speed selector is in 1 or 2 position then set in top speed to achieve
best results. When mixing is complete, turn the speed selector to OFF position and
unplug the cord from power outlet.
4. Scrape the excess food particles from the beaters or dough hooks by rubber or
wooden spatula.
5. To remove the beaters, place fingers loosely around the spindles and press the eject
button firmly down.
To combine liquids, fold in dry ingredients, egg whites and whipped
cream.
To prepare sauces, puddings, muffins and quick breads.
To prepare batters and mixes.
To cream butter and sugar. Make cookie dough, cake mixes and
frostings.
To whip light and fluffy mixtures, whip cream, beat eggs (whites,
yolks, whole), and mash potatoes.
