GB Instructions for use
IMPORTANT:
read carefully these instructions in order to get
acquainted with the welder before inserting
the cartridge. Keep these instructions for future
reference.

DESCRIPTION OF THE PRODUCT

Model: piezoelectric ignition.
Product category: PRESSURE BUTANE.
Consumption 123 g/h
Nominal heating power: 1,7 kW.
Cartridge type: 190 gr. butane (EN417-type 200).
The use of other gas containers may be dangerous.
WARNINGS FOR THE USE AND MAINTENANCE
OF THE WELDER
1. Use only in well ventilated areas.
2. Do not perform any modifications in the
welder. No liability will be assumed in the event of
problems arisen as a consequence of:
- An incorrect use of the welder.
- A careless operation of the welder.
- Use of incompatible components (gas cartridges,
spare parts, accessories)
3. Before inserting the gas cartridge, read the
instructions printed on it.
4. The operations of inserting and extracting the
cartridge must be performed outdoors.
5. Make sure that the device is kept away from
children.
6. Do not use the device if the valve is in bad
conditions or damaged.
7. Do not use the device if you detect gas leaks,
if it appears to be damaged or if it does not work
properly.
8. In the event of a gas leak, place the device on
the outside, away from flames and sources of
ignition. Use soapy water to detect the leak, not
a flame.
9. For a proper and safe use of the device: always
use the welder in a horizontal position and make
sure that the base of the device is also placed in a
horizontal position. This is the way to guarantee a
better operation, with a safe and adequate flame,
preventing uncontrolled flames from appearing.
10. Do not shake the device before or during its
use.
11. Make sure that the gas regulator is completely
closed before inserting or changing the gas
cartridge.

CLEANING THE DEVICE

Before putting the welder away, make sure the gas
regulator is completely closed and that the device
is clean. It is recommended to clean the welder if it
is not going to be used for a long time.
INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE
A) INSTALLATION OR CHANGE OF CARTRIDGE
1. The cartridge must be replaced outdoors, away
from possible sources of ignition, such as flames
or electric sparks, and without any people around.
2. Make sure that the cartridge is empty before
changing it (shake it to detect any noise caused
by the liquid).
3. Close carefully the regulator of the device.
4. Make sure that the valve is in perfect working
operations [Fig.1]. If you find any deformation,
follow the instructions from point 5 [Fig. 1a and
1b].
