The rechargeable floodlight can also be operated without battery cover up to the 12 Ah
battery. In this case, however, the protection type is reduced to IP20 and the floodlight
may only be operated in a dry environment. To do so, open the battery cover locking
(fig. 2a). Afterwards, open the battery cover to then remove the fixing screw as described
in fig. 2a. In order not to lose the fixing screw, fix it at the floodlight again (fig. 2b).

OPERATION OF THE HYBRID MAINS FLOODLIGHT
WITH RECHARGEABLE BATTERY
To switch on the floodlight, press the button at the back (fig. 3).
Press the button multiple times (fig. 3a), to set the brightness to 100%, then 50% and
then "off".
Keep the button pressed (fig. 3b) to continuously reduce or increase the brightness.
The lower the brightness selected, the longer the floodlight will burn.
If the switch is left in any of its "on" positions for longer than 5 seconds, then pressing it
once again will always turn it off.
If the battery is almost flat and the connection cable is not connected, the LED floodlight
will flash 5 times. Afterwards, the floodlight remains on for approx. 10 minutes -
depending on the battery capacity - with 100% brightness before it is switched off by the
deep discharge protection function.
If the connection cable is connected while the floodlight is switched on (fig. 4),
the floodlight will flash 3 times and then automatically switch into mains operation
with 100% light.
