Descaling the ceramic disc
The ceramic disc may scale over time. You will be able to spot this phenomenon if
white dust falls back during misting. In this case, add a few drops of ordinary household
descaler. Allow the descaler to work according to the instructions of the descaler used.
Rinse the disc with clean water and dry using a soft cloth.
Do not try to scratch the ceramic disc with a hard object.

Solutions
The diffuser is not plugged in. Plug the connector into the back of the diffuser,
and then plug the plug into a power point.
Press the "MIST" start button (left button).
Check to see if there is too much or too little water in the tank.
The ceramic wave-generating disc that produces the mist is covered with
dust. Use a cotton swab to clean the ceramic disc.
There is not enough water in the tank. Add more.
There is too much water in the tank (the water level is above the maximum
level indicated): 300 ml). Pour out a little water, taking care not to let any water
get into the mist outlet.
Make sure that the lid and/or base are not deformed.
