We Have Taken Into Consideration and Satisfied the Following Criteria
At The Time Of Developing Our Safety Belts
* Safety belts should allow user to fasten and unfasten them easily.
* They should be put on comfortably,
* They should be designed in such way that they should not prevent the
body motions of user while climbing or bending, etc.
* It should be designed very ergonomic and comfortable in terms of body
shape,
* The best quality material should be used for long service time and max. safety,
* In the event that a user remains hanged from the belts, his blood
circulation should not be blocked,
* It should satisfy the EN norms.
Maintenance Of The Instructions For Future Reference
Users or operators of these equipment are recommended to maintain the
technical instructions provided together with the equipment for future
reference.
When using these equipment during work Ref. EN 358 and 362.
* These instructions concerning the use of this equipment as an application
system during work should be read by the user carefully.
* When using this equipment during work, the body of the user should be
connected to pole on which he works by means of a strong rope or belt so
that in case of his fall, a distance of falling should not exceed 0,50 m.
Measures To Be Taken For Storage
These equipment should be stored and put into sale inside its original
inner package, together with operation instructions, which both should be
contained in a box or a bag bearing its model number and standard legibly.
Environmental conditions: The equipment should be stored in a dry place,
not subject to direct sunlight, at room temperature which allow human
being living normally. The place in which the equipment is stored should
not contain materials such as acids and solvent, which can affect the
resistance of strips and stitches negatively. The equipment should be
wiped carefully and stored away from heat sources. Check if the equipment
dampened before use.
Maintenance
You can use neutral (not acidic or alkaline) detergent for the fabric parts of
the equipment. Never use solvents or other chemical agents for washing
it. Dry the equipment carefully after washing and keep away from heat
sources.
Periodical Inspection of Product
These equipment should be inspected by authorised persons in periods
depending on the conditions of use, but in any case at least 1 year in
accordance with the inspection requirements.
Before Every Single Use
Working at height equipment must be used as personalized. These products
must be controled on regular basis before and after each single use and
findings must be recorded into product control form.
On an adequate lighted environment apply following controls by lying the
product down on a flat surface;
* Webbings should be checked for cuts, abrasions, color change, broken
stitches and undue stretching.
* Buckles should be checked for signs of wear, cracks, deformation,
corrosion or other damages. They should function correctly and smoothly.
* D Rings and other metal parts should be checked for signs of wear, cracks,
deformation, corrosion or other damage.
* Connectors should be checked for sign of wear, cracks, deformation,
corrosion, dirt. The gate and the locking mechanisms should work easily
and without any problem. The gate should open and close completely.
