Il prodotto è destinato ad essere utilizzato da medici professionisti, dal
paziente, dal personale di assistenza o dai familiari che assistono il
paziente. L'utente deve poter leggere, comprendere ed essere fisicamente
in grado di rispettare tutte le indicazioni, le avvertenze e le precauzioni
fornite nelle istruzioni per l'uso.
USO PREVISTO/INDICAZIONI: il cuscinetto DonJoy Spider è progettato
per fornire protezione al ginocchio in caso di impatto. Per la protezione da

INFORMAZIONI SULL'APPLICAZIONE:

ISTRUZIONI PER LA PULIZIA: lavare a mano in acqua fredda
con sapone neutro e risciacquare accuratamente. LASCIARE ASCIUGARE
ALL'ARIA. Nota: qualora non si effettui un risciacquo accurato, il sapone
residuo potrebbe causare l'irritazione della cute e un deterioramento
precoce del materiale.
GARANZIA: DJO, LLC riparerà o sostituirà l'intero dispositivo o parti di esso e i
relativi accessori in caso di difetti nella lavorazione e nel materiale per un
periodo di sei mesi dalla data di acquisto. Nella misura in cui i termini della
presente garanzia non risultino conformi alle normative locali, risulteranno
applicabili le disposizioni di queste ultime.
AVVERTENZE E PRECAUZIONI: è consigliabile che il dispositivo venga applicato
da un professionista sanitario adeguatamente qualificato. Se si sviluppa
una reazione allergica e/o si manifesta prurito e/o si nota arrossamento
cutaneo dopo il contatto con qualsiasi parte di questo dispositivo,
interromperne l'utilizzo e contattare immediatamente il medico. In caso di
dolore, gonfiore, variazioni di sensibilità o altre reazioni insolite durante
l'uso del prodotto, contattare immediatamente il medico. Non usare su
ferite aperte. Non utilizzare il dispositivo se risulta danneggiato e/o se la
confezione è stata aperta. NOTA: contattare il produttore e l'autorità
competente in caso di gravi incidenti dovuti all'uso di questo dispositivo.

INTENDED USER PROFILE:
The intended user should be a licensed medical professional, the patient,
the patient's caretaker, or a family member providing assistance. The user
should be able to: Read, understand and be physically capable to perform
all the directions, warnings and cautions provided in the information for
use.
INTENDED USE/INDICATIONS: The DonJoy Spider Pad is designed to
provide protection to the knee on impact. For impact protection. Providing
mild protection of a limb or body segment for acute and prophylactic care.
CONTRAINDICATIONS: None.
APPLICATION INFORMATION:
A) Spider Pad Knee: Grasp larger opening and pull over knee so that the
padded area covers the knee cap.
B) Spider Pad Elbow: Grasp larger opening of the sleeve, pull on to the
elbow so that padded area covers the elbow.

CLEANING INSTRUCTIONS: Hand wash in cold water
with mild soap, rinse thoroughly. AIR DRY. Note: If not rinsed thoroughly,
residual soap may cause skin irritation and deterioration of the material.
WARRANTY: DJO, LLC will repair or replace all or part of the unit and
its accessories for material or workmanship defects for a period of six
months from the date of sale. To the extent the terms of this warranty are
inconsistent with local regulations, the provisions of such local regulations
will apply.
WARNINGS AND PRECAUTIONS: It is recommended to have the device
fitted by a suitably qualified healthcare professional. If you develop an
allergic reaction and/or experience itchy, red skin after coming into
contact with any part of this device, please stop using it and contact your
healthcare professional immediately. If pain, swelling, changes in sensation
or other unusual reactions occur while using this product, you should
contact your doctor immediately. Do not use over open wounds. Do not
use this device if it was damaged and/or packaging has been opened.

incident arising due to usage of this device
