CLEANING
Caution: Unplug the appliance and let the unit body and all removable parts cool
down entirely before cleaning.
Do not immerse the unit body into liquid.
Never use diluent, benzene, chemical wiping cloth, plastic brush, metal brush,
detergent not for tablewares, whitener for cleaning.
1. The Porcelain inner pot, Glass lid, Expansion ring are suitable for immerse cleaning with
water.
Caution: Always handle the porcelain inner pot carefully, it is heavy and fragile. Never drop
and impact it. If the porcelain pot is cracked, do not use and replace with new porcelain
pot.
2. Use a cloth with dilute tableware detergent to clean the outer side of unit body. And wipe
the detergent off after cleaning.
3. Keep the power cord clean and dry, otherwise it may cause problems.
General Trouble Shooting
If the Slow Cooker is found not working, check whether the power plug is well plugged into the
power supply socket and well connected to the power.
It is normal if you feel the outside of the slow cooker hot during long stewing.
Do not operate this Slow cooker when it malfunctions or is dropped or damaged in any manner.
Contact the Authorized Service Station for suggestion, repair, electric or mechanical
adjustment .
Note: Any other servicing should be performed by an authorized
service representative.
