Make Calibration to determine the corresponding relation between magnification and resolution, this will
establish the corresponding relationship between measurement unit and the sensor pixel size. Calibra-
tion needs to be done with the help of a micrometer. For detailed steps of carrying out calibration please
refer to chapter 10.4

10.4 Camera calibration
The camera must be calibrated before any measurements can be taken.
To do this it is necessary to use the micrometer slide supplied with the camera.
Detailed procedure is the following:
1. Insert the objective with the lowest magnification available and put the stage micrometer on the stage.
2. Click on the "Calibrate"
