Up to 70 sent messages (50 Text messages, 20 Photo messages) can
be stored in the Outbox. View lists and contents of sent messages
and verify successful transmission.

Locks or unlocks the selected message.
Locked messages cannot be deleted by
the Erase Outbox or Erase All functions.
Provides message information.
