SIDE HANDLE ATTACHMENT
M6 x 12 Hex Bolt
10 mm Wrench
Use a 10 mm wrench and 2 M6 x 12 Hex Bolts to tighten
the handle into the attachment holes on the cabinet as
shown. Tighten securely only by hand. Do not overtighten.

Take out casters from the left bottom drawer.
Remove the work top from the cabinet top before
laying the cabinet down.
Use a 14 mm wrench and 4 M8 x 25 Hex Bolts and
Washers to attach each caster to a bottom corner of
the cabinet as shown. Install the locking swivel casters
on the handle side of the cabinet. Install the fixed
casters on side of the cabinet opposite the handle.
Securely tighten all bolts. Return the cart to its upright
position. Place the work top on the top of cabinet.

RAISE AND RELEASE DRAWER HANDLES
These units are equipped with safety drawer
latches. To open, lift up the drawer handle while pulling
drawer
towards you. To close, shut the drawer firmly until
the latch engages. If the drawer does not stay closed, the
latch hook may be bent,

REMOVING DRAWERS
Pull drawer out so that it is almost fully extended.
Push up on one release lever while pulling down on the
other one. Pull the drawer outward until it releases from
the drawer slides.

INSTALLING DRAWERS
Extend the drawer slides from the tool chest/cabinet.
Insert the brackets on each side of the drawer into
the slots in the chest/cabinet slides, being careful that
they are properly positioned. Once properly inserted,
completely close the drawer to set the slides in their
proper positions.
