PCL ACCURA QUBE Tyre Inflator
Trouble Shooting Guide/Error Messages
Problem
No display
No inflation process
Inflation process starts but does not
complete
Supply pressure leaks out of input
Inflating or deflating is very slow
Connector will not seal on the tyre
valves

Possible Cause
No power connected
Tyre is below 3 psi
N2P mode requires confirm start
Faulty connector
Low or no supply pressure
Leaks exist
Input and tyre hoses are reversed
Check that mesh filters under input and output port
fittings are blocked
Connector worn
Unstable or insufficient supply pressure
Small volume, caused inflator to check pressure
> 2bar / 29psi over target pressure
Inflator started under pressure i.e. is connected to
tyre or a CLOSED END connector is being used
Pressure sensor drift out
Pressure sensor disconnected from PCB or faulty
Pressure sensor failure - high
Under voltage
Over voltage
Checksum corrupted
Lost or corrupted calibration settings
Calibration data corrupted
Capacitive touch interface error
Software error

Solution
Switch power on
Press flat tyre button
Press flat tyre button
Replace faulty connector
Check supply pressure
Confirm leaks do not exist
Reverse hose connections
Clean and or replace mesh filters
Replace connector
Check the supply pressure
Check hose is not kinked or blocked,
ensure a OPEN END connector is
installed
Remove hose from tyre and allow
inflator to reset
Change connector to OPEN END type
New sensor required
Refer to authorised repairer
New sensor required
Refer to authorised repairer
New sensor required
Refer to authorised repairer
Check power supply
Refer to authorised repairer
New PCB required
Refer to authorised repairer
New PCB required
Refer to authorised repairer
Re-calibrate
