2. Safety Instructions
● This device can be used by children aged from 8 years
and above, and persons with reduced physical, sensory
or mental capabilities or lack of experience
knowledge if they have been given supervision or
instruction concerning the use of the device in a safe way
and understand the hazards involved. Children shall not
play with the device. Cleaning and user maintenance
shall not be made by children without supervision.
● There are no user-serviceable parts inside the device.
Refer to an authorized dealer for service and/or spare
parts. ● Do not immerge the device in any liquid. Keep
the main unit away from high heat and fire. ● Indoor use
only.
3. General Guidelines
● Refer to the Velleman ® Service and Quality Warranty on
www.velleman.eu. ● Protect this device from shocks and
abuse. Avoid brute force when operating the device.
● Familiarise yourself with the functions of the device
before actually using it. ● All modifications of the device
are forbidden for safety reasons. Damage caused by user
modifications to the device is not covered by the
warranty. ● Only use the device for its intended purpose.
Using the device in an unauthorised way will void the
warranty. ● Damage caused by disregard of certain
guidelines in this manual is not covered by the warranty
and the dealer will not accept responsibility for any
ensuing defects or problems. ● Keep this manual for
future reference.

5. Battery and Charging
Warning: This device contains an internal rechargeable
battery. When the device reaches end-of-life, it must be
disposed of in accordance with local regulations.
● Connect the microphone to a powered USB port using
the included USB cable. The red LED will light. Normal
charging takes 4 to 5 hours and
automatically switch off when the microphone is fully
charged.
6. Operation
● Make sure the microphone is fully charged. ● Switch on
the microphone. The blue light will light. ● Switch on the
wireless function on your mobile phone and search for

the microphone [HQM]. Pair the microphone to your
phone (password is 0000). ● Activate a music app on
your mobile phone. Download and play your favourite
songs while singing into the microphone. Adjust the
microphone sound as desired.
The sound quality depends on used appliances and apps.
7. Recording
● Connect the microphone to your mobile phone using
the appropriate USB cable. ● Open the recording app and
follow the on-screen instructions to record your singing.
8. Maintenance
● Occasionally wipe with a damp cloth to keep it looking
new. Do not use harsh chemicals, cleaning solvents or
strong detergents.
9. Troubleshooting
● The microphone is not working.
□ Switch on the microphone or adjust the volume.
● Presence of noise or distortion.
□ Adjust the distance between the microphone and the
mobile phone. □ Adjust the volume on the mobile phone.
□ Remove objects between
phone. □ Download high-quality music.
● The microphone cannot be paired to the mobile phone.
□ Adjust the distance between the microphone and the
mobile phone.

5. Batterij en opladen
Waarschuwing: Dit toestel is uitgerust
oplaadbare batterij. Wanneer het toestel het einde van
zijn levensduur heeft bereikt, ontdoe u er dan van
volgens de plaatselijke regelgeving.
● Sluit de microfoon aan op een USB-poort met de
meegeleverde USB-kabel. De rode led licht op. Het
volledig opladen duurt 4 tot 5 uur. De led gaat
automatisch uit wanneer de microfoon volledig opgeladen
is.
6. Gebruik
● Zorg ervoor dat de microfoon volledig opgeladen is.
● Schakel de microfoon in. De blauwe led licht op.
● Activeer de draadloze functie op uw mobiele telefoon en
zoek naar de microfoon [HQM]. Koppel de microfoon aan
uw telefoon (wachtwoord is 0000).

7. Opname

de instructies op het scherm om uw stem op te nemen.
8. Onderhoud
● Reinig het toestel af en toe met een vochtige doek.
Gebruik geen bijtende chemische
reinigingsmiddelen of sterke detergenten.
9. Problemen en oplossingen
● De microfoon werkt niet.
□ Schakel de microfoon in of regel het volume.
● Er is ruis/storing.
□ Pas de afstand tussen de microfoon en de mobiele
telefoon aan. □ Regel het volume op de mobiele telefoon.
□ Verwijder voorwerpen tussen de microfoon en de
mobiele telefoon. □ Download muziek met hoge kwaliteit.
● De microfoon kan niet gekoppeld worden aan de
mobiele telefoon.
□ Pas de afstand tussen de microfoon en de mobiele
telefoon aan.
