5. Operating Instructions
IMPORTANT: Sawing requires a low pressure from your side. Too much pressure will place unnecessary load on the
motor. Check the saw blades regularly. Replace blunt or damaged saw blades.
a. Fitting and changing a saw blade (fig. B)
Make sure the saw blade holder (2) is dust-free.
• Slide the safety guard up
• Loosen the screws (1) with the included hex key
• Slide a saw blade into the saw blade holder (2) while making sure that it slides into the slot of the blade support
rollers (3).
• Tighten the screws with the hex key
• Slide the safety guard down
• Check on a regular basis whether the blade is still securely in place; vibrations could cause it to loosen. Only do
this check when the machine has been unplugged from the mains and the blade has come to a complete stop.
b. Setting the mitre angle (fig. C)
The maximum mitre angle is -45° to 45°.
• Loosen the screws (2)
• Adjust the shoe (1) to the desired angle
• Fasten the screws (2)
c. Dust Extraction (fig. A)
Dust is evacuated via the dust exhaust and a vacuum cleaner
• Connect an adapter (6) to the exhaust (7).
• Connect a vacuum cleaner to the exhaust
d. Switching ON/OFF
• switching on: press the operating switch
• Continuous operation: lock the switch with the locking button (4)
• Switching off: press the operating switch momentarily

6. Cleaning and Maintenance

1. All screws or parts of the device have to be tightly connected and must not be corroded.
2. There must not be any deformations on the housing and its accessories.
3. Moving mechanic parts must not show any traces of wear and tear and must be able to rotate unimpeded.
4. The electric power supply cables must be free of damage. Have a qualified technician service the device.
5. Wipe the device regularly with a moist, lint-free cloth. Do not use alcohol or solvents.
6. After operation, clean out the ventilation slots with compressed air (3 bar max.) to prevent the buildup of dust.
7. Lubricate the machine regularly. Apply a drop of oil to lubricate the blade support roller.
