1. GENERAL INFORMATION

KINFRA500 is a 50cm IOR4 dual ray barrier that is wired and preassembled for quick and easy installation.
These barriers are ideal for boundary protection. The alarm can be set so as to trigger either when one or
both beams are interrupted depending on the type of coupling of the NC relay contacts at the terminal board
(FIG. 1 / FIG. 2).
The barrier includes:
1 main barrier synchronized to the IOR4M infrared
1 secondary barrier synchronized to the IOR4S infrared
4 tamper-proof switches
4 SUPINFRA wall brackets (two per barrier)
4 anti-condensation resistances

4. WIRING DIAGRAM

The preassembled dual-beam infrared barrier is easy to install by means of 6 connecting cables, namely:
•
2 power supply cables
•
2 cables for synchronised operations
•
2 cables for the tamper-proof switches.
Basic wiring diagram
The relay opens upon both beams being interrupted
(suggested configuration).
Ensure that upon the assembly being completed, the tamper-proof circuit "A" is aligned with magnet "B" as
shown in figure 4.
