Insert router plate (or router plate with router
attached) into opening in table top

Use the 4 included #10 phillips flat head screws to
fasten the plate to the table top. Do not over tighten
the screws.

Use the 4 included 1/4" phillips screws and washers to
attach the fence boards to the fence plates of the SH-5.

Level the insert plate with the table
top using the 8 screws provided. You
can access the screws through the 8
holes pre-drilled in the insert plate.

Use the 2 included T-Handle bolts and 5/16" wash-
ers to secure the SH-5 fence to the table top.

The plastic and metal chip guard pieces will be dis-
assembled in the box and will require assembly. To
assemble: Attach the clear plastic chip guard to the
metal mounting bracket using the (2) 1/4" carriage
bolts, washers, and nuts provided. Next, attach the
assembled guard to the top of the SH-5 fence as
shown using the (2) included #10 wing screws and
(2) #10 washers.
