WARRANTY
Parfois warrants that products and accessories included in the
packaging are free from defects in material and workmanship
under normal use for the period commencing upon the date of
purchase and counting for two years.
Warranty not cover:
• Uninterrupted or Error-Free · Parfois does not warrant that
the operation of the Product will be uninterrupted or error-free.
Parfois is not responsible for damage arising from failure to
follow instruction relating to the Product´s use.
• Normal Wear and Tear · Periodic maintenance, repair and
replacement of parts due to normal wear and tear are excluded
from coverage.
• Case and Crystal · Parfois does not warrant cases or crystals.
• Bracelet · Parfois does not warrant bracelets or straps.
• Batteries · Batteries are not covered under this warranty.
• Software · This warranty does not cover software embedded
in the product and the services provided by Parfois to owners of
the Product. Refer to the license agreement accompanying the
software and the Parfois services terms of use for details of your
rights with respect to their use.
• Abuse and Misuse · Defects or damages that result from:
a) Improper operation, storage, misuse or abuse, accident
or neglect, such as physical damage (cracks or scratches,
etc.) to the surface of the Product resulting from misuse;
b) Contact with liquid, water, rain, extreme humidity
or heavy perspiration, sand, dirt or the like, extreme heat,
or food;
c) Use of the Product for commercial purposes or
subjecting the Product to abnormal usage or conditions; or
d) Other acts which are not the fault of Parfois, are
excluded from coverage.
• Use of Non-Parfois Products · Defects or damage that result
from the use of non-Parfois branded or certified products,
accessories or software or other peripheral equipment are
excluded from coverage.
• Products from Unauthorized Sellers · Products that are not
purchased from an authorized Parfois retailer are excluded from
coverage.
• Communications Services · Defects, damages, or the failure of
Products due to any communication service or signal you may
subscribe to or use with the Products is excluded from coverage.
