Chain Dialing
This process allows you to dial a succession of stored numbers from separate memory
locations. This is useful when you must dial several sequences of numbers, such as with
frequent calls via a telephone company long distance provider.
For example
Local access number of long distance company
Authorization code (ID)
Long distance phone number
Using
1. Press the line you want.
2. Press One Touch dial 6.
3. Press One Touch dial 7.
4. Press One Touch dial 8.
Deleting All Directory Memory
This feature allows you to clear all memory saved in the directory at once.
1. Press the MENU button.
2. Use the 5 or 6 buttons to scroll to PHONE SETTING.
3. Press Sel/Save.
4. Use the 5 or 6 buttons to scroll to MEMORY CLEAR.
5. Press Sel/Save.
6. Press the 5 or 6 button to scroll to YES.
7. Press Sel/Save to confirm all directory memory deletion. If you want to start over,
press EXIT once to return to the previous menu level.
Auto Redial Function
This feature allows you to automatically redial the last number or re-try after a busy tone
is received.
1. After getting the busy tone, place the handset back on the cradle (or press SPEAKER)
to hang up the call.
2. Press the Auto Redial button.
