Fixing a malfunction
A malfunction may be due to a minor problem that you can solve yourself using the instructions
in the following table. Before calling a technician, do the following checks:
Problems
The appliance is not working. Power outage.
The interior lighting is not
working.
There are bad odours in the
appliance.
The
compressor
continuously.
Unusual noises.
The door gaskets are not
watertight.
Possible causes
The plug is not plugged in or is
improperly plugged in.
A
fuse
has
defective.
The
electrical
defective.
The appliance is not plugged
in or the LED bulb is defective.
Smelly food (for example cheese) must be well packed. Check that
there are no expired foods. If there are, remove them. Check that there
are no deposits in the drain (see above).
Clean the inside of the appliance with water with white wine vinegar
added to it. Then rinse with clean water.

This is normal in the summer when the room temperature is high.
It is not recommended to have too much food in the appliance or to put
food that has not yet cooled in the appliance.
Please do not open the doors too frequently.
The appliance is not straight.
The appliance is touching the
wall or other objects.
Some noises are typical for
refrigeration appliances.
The door gaskets are dirty.
Perhaps you just reversed the
direction that the door opens.
Open the door and check to see if the
LED light comes on.
Plug the plug into the socket.

Check the fuse and replace it if
necessary.

Repairs to the socket should be done
by an electrician.
Contact your retailer's after-sales
service centre.
Adjust the feet.
Move the appliance slightly.
Refer to the " Noises when running"
section.
Clean them with water and a soft
sponge.
Carefully heat the leaking sections
of the gasket with a hair dryer (set to
cool). At the same time, correct the
position of the door seal with your
hand.
