WARNINGS

powered by two (2) circuits: the regular power branch circuit and the 24 hour night light/emergency circuit.
Description
In order to meet UL1008 requirements for short circuit current rating (5000A) an approved fuse
must be used on the normal and emergency circuits. Leviton offers the ECD00-FUS assembly
with two fuses, a UL listed holder and fuse puller. The fuses may also be supplied by the
contractor separately. See table for approved fuse models.
REPLACE FUSES ONLY WITH TYPES:
Littelfuse KLK-30 (30 Amps)
Littelfuse KLKR-30 (30 Amps)
NOTE: Use KLK-d0 for non-rejection holders. Use KLKR-30 for rejection holders
Installation
1.
Install fuse.
NOTE: May be installed in 4-11/16 in
back-up box or similar with two screws.

duration of any such implied warranty, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, is limited to five years. Leviton is not liable for incidental, indirect, special, or consequential damages, including without limitation, damage
to, or loss of use of, any equipment, lost sales or profits or delay or failure to perform this warranty obligation. The remedies provided herein are the exclusive remedies under this warranty, whether based on contract, tort or otherwise.

Description
Afin de respecter les exigences UL 1008 en ce qui a trait au courant nominal de court-circuit (5
000 A), il faut employer des fusibles approuvés sur les circuits normaux et d'urgence. Le modèle
ECD00-FUS de Leviton est constitué de deux fusibles, d'un porte-fusible homologué UL et d'un
extracteur de fusible. Les fusibles peuvent aussi être fournis par l'entrepreneur (se reporter au
tableau pour savoir quels modèles employer).
