The "Standard" roller blind reflects and absorbs a large por-

Care and maintenance
Care
(no figure)
To ensure a long life, we recommend cleaning the aluminium
surface of the product at least once a year.
• Wipe the aluminium surface with a moist cloth only.
• Carefully brush off the roller blind fabric.
Retightening the spring mechanism
(Fig. B1-B4, back of the manual)
The spring mechanism can lose its tension after extended
use, preventing the roller blind from functioning properly.
If the roller blind fabric winds up without tension when
opened, the spring mechanism should be retightened.
• Open the roller blind.
• Open the window to the cleaning position.
• Pull the roller blind fabric up slightly and let it roll up until it
locks.
• Close the window.
• Pry the roller blind holder out of the bracket with a scre-
wdriver and remove it.
• Retighten the spring mechanism.
• Reinstall the roller blind holder.
