Instructions
Bushes must be stored in suitable stands, containers or
boxes in such a way that they are protected from the
following effects:
Brushes must not be fitted to machines whose speed
exceeds the maximum permitted brush speed.
Do not use damaged brushes.
Rust discoloration or other signs of chemical or mecha-
nical change to the brush material can cause premature
failure of the brush.
Bushes must be stored in suitable stands, containers or
boxes in such a way that they are protected from the
following effects:
• High air humidity, heat, water or other fluids that could
cause damage to the brush
• Acids or acidic fumes that could cause damage
• Temperatures that are so low that they could cause
condensation to form on the brushes when taken out
of storage into an area with higher temperatures
• Deformation of any part of the brush
Warning!
Wear personal protective equipment.
Always wear goggles when using the machine.
Wear ear protectors!
Wear solid shoes and long trousers.
Do not wear loose clothing or jewels. Hear, clothing and
gloves must be out of reach of moving parts as they could
get caught by the rotating parts. Do not use the appliance
when barefooted or in open sandals.
Never touch under the housing body when the engine is
running.
Wear protective shoes.
Thrown-off stones or soil may lead to injuries.
Carefully check the terrain where the appliance is
going to be used and remove all objects that could get
caught or thrown off by the appliance such as stones,
branches, wires, animals, etc.
Mains Connection
Operation is only allowed with a safety
switch against stray current (RCD max. stray
current of 30mA).
Connect only to single-phase AC system voltage as in-
dicated on the rating plate. It is also possible to connect
to sockets without an earthing contact as the design
conforms to safety class II. Only plug-in when machine
is switched off.
Maintenance
Unplug the machine before any work on it.
The appliance must not be used if damaged or safety
equipment is defective. Replace any worn-out and
damaged parts.
Caution! If the power cord of the appliance gets
damaged, it must be replaced by the manufacturer or
its customer service or a similarly qualified person to
avoid danger.
Repairs and works specified in these Instructions may only
be performed by qualified authorised staff.
Use only original accessories and original spare parts.
Keep the device, in particular the air vents, clean at all times.
Never spray water on the device body!
Do not clean the plastics with solvents, flammable or toxic
fluids. For cleaning, use a damp cloth only.
Apply environment-friendly oil to all moving parts.
Only a regularly maintained and treated appliance can
serve as a satisfactory aid. Insufficient maintenance and
care can lead to unforeseen accidents and injuries.
