Warranty

This product is covered under a manufacturer's 2-year warranty from date of
purchase against defects in materials and workmanship. This warranty does
not cover damage due to neglect, abuse or weather related damage. For full

NOT COVERED UNDER WARRANTY
This warranty excludes the following: acts of nature (i.e. wind, fire or freezing);
damage caused by improper assembly, accident, disaster, misuse, abuse,
or negligence and discoloration or fading of the finish as a result of exposure
to the elements. Product not intended for commercial use. This warranty
gives you the specific rights, and you may also have other rights which
may vary from state to state.
AUSTRALIA: Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under
the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund
for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss
or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if
the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount
to a major failure.

Filing a Claim

If you are within your warranty, you may file a claim by sending your
