1)
Gently lift the pump out of the fountain base.

Remove the filter, unscrew the grill and remove the propeller.

Clean all parts with warm soapy water. Use a cotton bud or a toothbrush to remove any dirt. For a more in-depth
cleaning, use white vinegar to clean the pump.
4)
Rinse all components thoroughly.
5)
Once they are clean and dry, re-assemble the pump components
Troubleshooting
The pump isn't working:

Make sure the plug is connected to the mains.

Remove the silicone tube from the pump while still connected. Wait for a few seconds, then insert the silicone tube back
into the pump.

Make sure that no residue has entered the pump and clean the pump.
The pump flow is erratic or gurgles:

Make sure the water level is between the MIN and MAX filling lines and add water in the water tank if needed.

Make sure the pump is fully immersed in water.

The pump is making abnormal noise and / or small air bubbles:
