Rivet jammed
No vacuum
Air leaking.
The Frame Head (38)
was out of order.
Tool run slowly or
had loss of power.
1. Clean out the parts 34~39 and oil after every 500 operations.
2. Change the parts 35~39 every 2000 operations when pulling 5/16" steel rivets.
3. The part 60 (mandrel bottle) needs to be empty when it is filled with 35 rivets' residues.

TROUBLE SHOOTING
CAUSE
Wrong size rivet.
Some chips were jammed in
the (35) parts internal.
Had some chips stuck on
the 33-2 ~ 33-4 parts top.
The mandrel was not vacuumed by
the Safety Cap (No. 60Z)
The trigger valve had
malfunctioned.
The O-Ring was damaged.
The nosepiece did not hold the rivet. Press the trigger halfway.
The trigger valve was
malfunction.
One of the control valves parts
was damaged.
Some of the Parts (8) (9) (10)
were damaged.
The air supply had loosened.
One of the control valves parts
was damaged.
The operating pressure was
too low.
The different rivets need to have the correct
nosepiece, jaw and jaw pusher installed.
Please read the operation instructions and check
the rivet size again, see page 3.
Use the adjustable wrench or No. 65 spanner to
open Frame Head (No. 34), then use the 19 mm
spanner to open Jaw Housing (No. 35).
Use blow gun to clean out chips and then spread oil
on the parts.
Lock back the parts No. 34 & 35, see page 3.
When you pull the aluminum rivet , it happens
frequently. Use the steel brush to clear the chips away.
Release the trigger halfway.
The Trigger Valve (No. 29) needs to be repaired
or replaced.
The O-Ring (No. 58) needs to be replaced.
The Trigger Valve (No. 29) needs to be repaired
or replaced.
The damaged O-Rings (Nos. 25, 26 & 27) or
Control Valve (No. 28) need to be repaired.
The damaged part needs to be replaced.
Re-install and tighten the tube.
The damaged parts (25) , (26) , (27) or (28) need to be
repaired.
Increase the operating pressure to 90 psi.
