ESCRIPTION AND SPECIFICATION
2.1.

General information

KEY-3-USB is a miniature reader for 13.56MHz ISO/IEC 14443A MIFARE® Classic standard
proximity cards and is supplied from serial USB port which is also used for communication with the
device.
The KEY-3 can be used as card enroll reader for access control system AC-MAX.

2.3. Proximity Cards
KEY3-USB is factory set for chip serial number (CSN – Chip Serial Number) reading. Working with
PC programs.
2.4. AC-MAX systems
KEY-3-USB is well suited for AC-MAX system and can be used as a administrator reader for entering
new card numbers into access control application. Follow application reading steps.
