SCUBAPRO Phad light - Warranty
SCUBAPRO Phad 8 have a general warranty coverage of three years on
technical parts (batteries not included), with proof of purchase from an
authorized SCUBAPRO dealer. All warranty claims must be returned with dated
proof-of-purchase to an Authorized SCUBAPRO Dealer.

Warranty does not cover:
- Loss.
- Defects, damage or deterioration due to normal use or wear and tear.
- Glass.
- Damage caused by exposure to excessive heat, prolonged sunlight or
corrosive chemicals.
- Damage due to poor maintenance, improper use, alteration, negligence or
accident.
- Damage due to repair by someone other than SCUBAPRO or an Authorized
SCUBAPRO Dealer.
The owner commits to using the product according to the instruction manual
and to maintaining it with care. We recommend servicing your new Phad 8
at authorized SCUBAPRO dealers or service centers. Irrespective of any
damage that may be incurred, the warranty is limited to the repair or possible
replacement of the SCUBAPRO Phad 8.
