Forthisreason,observethefollowingsafety
instructions:
-Check that the unit is in perfect condition
and properly sealed each time before use.
Pull up the safety / pressure relief valve (A)
by hand and check that it returns to the
starting position.
-Onlyoperateormovedevicewhenstanding
orhangingupright.
-Inspectallscrewjointsfortightfitting.

Removethepumpbyturningittotheleft.
Beforedoingthisreleasepumprods,turn
them180°and transmitthesrewforcevia
thebackofthezwistlocksonthepumphous-
ing.

Fillingofthecontainer.

Contactwithcleaningfluidsposesa

Observethemax.fillingamount(see
TechnicalData)andthecorrectdosinggiven
bythesprayproducer.

Re-insertpumpandtighten.
G
Pumpuptheunit. Observe the safety /
pressure relief valve (A)during pumping.
Peak pressure is reached when the safety /
pressure relief valve is triggered. Any ex-
cess pressure will escape through the
safety / pressure relief valve.

Pressdowntheleverofthequick-action
valvetospray.
G
Pump up the unit again once the pressure
has dropped to around 1.5 bar so as to
ensure a consistent distribution of the
sprayed liquid.
Emptying and Service

Anyresidualpressureinthetankcanbe
ventedbyliftinguptheknobonthesafety /
pressure relief valve (A).

Unscrewthepompcarefully,atfirstonlya
fewturnsbyleft-handrotation,sothatcom-
pressedairbeingstillinthetankcanescape.
Onlythenunscrewthepumpcompletelyand
takeitoutofthetank.

Emptyandwashouttheunitafteruse.
Note!Anyremainingliquidinthetank
canbeemptiedoutcompletelythrough
thefilleropening.Thetypeofflushing
liquidtobeusedandhowitistobedis-
posedofwilldependonthedetailsgiven
bythemanufactureroftheliquidtobe
sprayed.Alsoconsiderwhetherthetank
isresistanttotheflushingliquid.

The pump will last much longer if the
pump O-ring (E)is lubricated from time to
time with a little resin- and acid-free
grease.

Dismantlebypullingthepistonrodwiththe
O-ring(E),andthepumphandle(F)fullyup-
wards,clickingitintotheguidestopper(G),
andturningitabout1/8thofaturnanti-
clockwise.
