Problem
Reduced trimming and/
or shaving performance

Possible cause
You use the appliance in the
wrong way.
The shaving unit is dirty.
The battery is running low.
You have not attached the
trimming comb properly.
If you are trimming very curly
hair, the trimming comb may not
be able to straighten the hair
properly.
Solution
Follow the instructions in chapter 'Using
the appliance'.
Clean the shaving unit (see chapter
'Cleaning').
Recharge the battery (see chapter
'Charging').
Remove the trimming comb and reattach
it.
Try straightening the hair with your hands
during trimming.
