Use the oil injection (in the accessory package) to inject the oil slowly until you can't
inject any more (approx. 15 ml). Remove the injection device and its adapter, then clean
the device and re-insert the screw (9) and tighten it well:
■ Check the idle stroke of the device. In case the idle stroke is not what it is supposed to
be, this means that some air might have got into the oil cylinder (11) during the filling
process. Then this air has to be released out of the device. Connect the device to the air
supply, operate the trigger (48) about 6 or 7 times, then loosen the screw (11), drain the
excess air and tighten the screw (9) again.
After long-term operation of the device it is possible that metallic chips from placing the riv-
ets remain in the mouthpiece mechanism of the device and affect the device performance.
It is therefore recommended to clean the parts of the mouthpiece regularly or to replace
them.
