In case of an emergency, press the ''E-STOP'' button to stop the conveyor and deactivate
all operations. To reactivate the conveyor disengage the ''E-STOP'' button and press on
"FOWARD" or "REVERSE" buttons.
The conveyor can be started with the "FOWARD" or "REVERSE" buttons located on the main and secondary control boxes.
WARNING
Lay the tires on the running conveyor to get them up and down.
The conveyor must always be running before laying the tires on the conveyor.
Do not move or handle the conveyor when the electrical power source is connected.
The conveyor must not be modified by adding or removing parts.
Do not exceed the load capacity.
Do not insert any body parts between the rollers, rubber belt and chain guard of the conveyor.
MAINTENANCE - PARTS
Unplug the power cord and bring it into the work area before doing any maintenance work or replacing parts.
Push the emergency stop buttons.
It is necessary to adjust the conveyor belt when the belt is changed or lacks tension.
