Components
1. Reversible grill plate (smooth/grooved)
2. Grill plate holder
3. Upper heating element
4. 4 double pans
5. 8 single pans
Operation
Operating voltage: 220-240V~, 50/60Hz, 1450W
Please remove all packaging materials and clean the grill plates, pans and plastic spatula before first
use. Please follow the instructions in the "Cleaning" section and allow all parts to dry completely.
Please place the reversible grill plate over the heating element and connect the device to the power
supply. The device should be turned on for 10 to 15 minutes without food prior to first use. Please turn
on the switch for the lower heating element and turn the thermostat for the upper heating element all
the way to the stop. Possible smoke or odour development due to production-related residues are
normal during this time. Please ensure adequate ventilation. Switch off the thermostat and the switch
after 10-15 minutes and remove the device from the power supply. Allow the unit to cool down before
cleaning.
The reversible grill plate can be turned to the smooth or grooved side before operation. The smooth side
is suitable for e.g. fried eggs while the grooved side is suitable for meat. Please do not touch the grill
plate during operation. The raclette pans can be positioned either as single or double pans below the
upper heating element. Thanks to the on/off switch and the adjustable thermostat, both heating elements
can be operated independently of each other. Please note that the upper heating element warms the
raclette pans from above during operation.
Please turn your food around to achieve an even grilling result. In order not to damage the non-stick
coatings, please do not use metal cutlery, but heat-resistant utensils made of wood or plastic. With the
enclosed plastic spatula you can push your grilled food from the raclette pans onto a plate. Please
always touch the heat-insulated handles, not the pan surfaces.
After use, switch the unit off at the on/off switch and thermostat and then remove it from the power
supply.
Recipe for mini pizzas (Raclette)
Ingredients for approx. 20 mini pizzas (single pans):
200g wheat flour
115ml water
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon of fresh yeast
1 ½ teaspoon of olive oil
Preparation:
Mix all ingredients together and knead extensively until the dough no longer sticks. Add flour if
necessary. Cover the dough for at least 30 minutes in a warm place. Roll out the dough to 2-3mm
thickness and cut to the size of the raclette pans. Put the dough on the pans and cover with any
ingredients, e.g. tomato sauce, salami slices and grated cheese. Bake the mini pizzas in the raclette
pans. The baking time can vary depending on dough thickness, topping and desired tan. For the
preparation of pizzas, both heating elements should be switched on on the appliance.
Tip: Please lift the mini pizzas with the plastic spatulas to check if the dough is cooked.
