Place center plate inside the basket, and loosely
fasten with (4) 1/4" bolts, (8) 5/16" flat washers, and (4)
1/4" nuts.

Line up 2" shank with the center plate and loosely fasten with (3) 3/8" carriage
bolts, (3) 3/8" flat washers, and (3) 3/8" nuts.
4.
Attach straps to the bottom of the basket and shank with (4) 3/8" hex bolts, (8)
3/8" flat washers, (4) 3/8" lock washers, and (4) 3/8" nuts as shown in Fig 3.
5.
Go back and fasten all hardware. Tighten all 1/4" hex bolts to 6 ft-lb and all
3/8" bolts to 24 ft-lb

Align both halves of the basket on the ground, attach each end plate to
the outside of the basket as shown in Fig 1 and fasten loosely with (8)
1/4" bolts, (16) 5/16" flat washers, and (8) 1/4" hex nuts.
