1 Connect

2 Activate: Please read all steps A-D before proceeding.
A. After you have completed step 1 (Connect), make sure your digital receiver
is powered on. The receiver will start its software download, which will take
up to 60 min. During the download, it is important that you do not interrupt
the download process. Do not touch the power, unplug the cable, or push
any buttons on the receiver.
B. You will see different numbers and letters appear across the display of the
digital receiver. Once the download is completed, your digital receiver will
turn off automatically and the receiver display will read "----" (4 dashes).
3 Sync Your Remote to Your TV
A. Turn on your TV and press
using the Charter remote.
B. Press and hold

C. Press 9, 9, 1 ( will blink twice).

* The CH+ key will send a signal to the TV to
locate the code that operates your TV.

setting on the TV to the proper
connection type (HDMI or Component).
*If you do not have an HDMI input available
on your TV, use the component cable with
5 color connectors to connect your digital
receiver to your TV.
