MAINTENANCE and
PERIODIC INSPECTIONS
The FANTOZZI ladders require very little maintenance.
It is nevertheless advisable to periodically check proper functioning by visually inspecting the
main parts and devices.
To this end, follow the maintenance plan indicated in the table below.
Maintenance/inspection
Check lubrication of all the moving parts
Inspect and check functioning
Check the integrity and the absence of corrosion,
deterioration or excessive wear of the mechanical
devices
Check the state of wear and fastening of the treads
Check the condition of the spring anchors (no
deformation)
Check the correct tightening torque of the bolts

EXTRAORDINARY MAINTENANCE

Extraordinary maintenance operations, such as fault repairs, spring tension adjustment, part
removal and refitting must be carried out by skilled professional persons.
It is advisable to have these operations carried out by the installation company or companies
authorised by FANTOZZI.
During the maintenance operations always wear personal protection devices in accordance with
the current safety regulations in relation to the operations performed.
Wear suitable clothing that will not hinder movement and/or get caught up in parts of the ladder.
