IMPORTANT SAFEGUARDS
Commercial use only:
110 volt power and cold tap water hook-up only.
Keep out of reach of children.
Do not block or reduce the flow from the LIQUIFIED OZONE OUT hose with any type of shut-off device or nozzle – this
may damage the unit and will void the warranty.
Do not connect the unit to any water source other than municipally treated water.
To reduce the risk of fire do not install the unit near any burner, heater or cooking appliance.
To protect against shock do not immerse power cord in water or any other liquid.
Close supervision is necessary when the unit is used near children.
Make sure FLOW switch is in the OFF position when not in use.
Do not install outdoors where unit may be exposed to dust, moisture, freezing or temperature changes.
Before plugging power cord into 110 power outlet, make sure FLOW switch is in OFF position.
To disconnect, ensure FLOW switch is in OFF position before removing plug from the outlet.
Use the unit for intended use only – to fill mop buckets, auto-scrubbers, carpet extractors and spray bottles with Liquefied
Ozone for the purpose of cleaning, removing stains, deodorizing and killing germs.
Do not open the unit as this will void the warranty – contact your supervisor or call Tersano Toll Free at 1-800-727-8835 for
repairs or assistance if required.
Do not use the unit if it has a damaged cord or plug, if it is not working properly, or if a very strong ozone odor is present.
Do not try to repair the unit yourself – this will void your warranty.
SAVE THESE INSTRUCTIONS
Installation Instructions
1) Install the High Capacity Unit within 36" of a 110 volt power outlet and water tap, so that the power cord can be
plugged directly into the outlet and hooked up to a cold tap water source. An extension cord should not be used under
any circumstances.
2) If the wall is made of brick or concrete, mount directly the wall using screws and anchors. With drywall construction:
first install a ½" plywood back board using four 2" screws to fasten to studs, then use the 4 screws supplied to fasten
the unit to the back board.
3) Attach the COLD WATER IN hose to the unit by fitting over the nipple and tightening the clamp provided.
4) Attach Drain hose and LIQUIFIED OZONE OUT hoses by fitting over nipple.
NOTE: Hoses, screws and clamp are provided with each unit.
5) To prevent entanglement of the power cord, any excess length should be tied off and secured and kept away from
immersion in water. Never let the power cord hang freely.
6) Do not intall the unit near any hot gas or electric burner of any kind.
7) When connecting the COLD WATER IN hose make sure the unit is not plugged in and the FLOW switch is OFF.
